‘Digitalk’ enables Hall and Partners to follow up initial focus group sessions with ‘pupil’ diaries that document their day to day experience of a product or service.

These diaries can be easily administered and moderated by any member of staff and the qualititative data can be quickly and easily collaborated.

what we did

Initially we worked with Hall and Partners advised on them best way to utilise the technology to achieve their goals. We then designed and built a customised blogging solution which was extremely secure, very simple for the user but with really powerful administrative control for the company.

It proved very successful and as a result, we are currently working on the next stage of development on the product.
