Diesel are the one of the world's biggest fashion brands with stores around the world and a huge and progressive online presence.
Brief
Liveline were asked by Zenith Optimedia to create a branded Facebook group and accompanying banner ads to support the launch of their Fuel for Life perfume range and work in harmony with the campaign microsite. The goal was to drive traffic to the main site in a unique way and to acquire members who could then stay engaged with the campaign on Facebook too.
Our Solution
We created two sides to the page.
Firstly our roulette gateway drove users deep into different interactive areas of the site.
The second side pulled in the latest user generated video content on the site and displayed them on the page.
Users could also download a screensaver that enabled them to create their own grafitti style images on their desktop, which could then be uploaded to the site's gallery.
Campaign videos and imagery could also be viewed.
Result
The banner campaign had very high conversion rates of around 1.5%
The page then drove considerable volumes of that traffic onto the site and acquired just under 3,000 members to the page itself, in its 3 month run online.
